'The Order of Things 53' 152x152cm each. The Order of Things’ is an ongoing series of paintings. Putting together these canvases into groups creates a composition where dialogues can happen. Each canvas starts to behave like a word in a sentence yet whether meaning emerges or not remains ambiguous.
'And the garden it seems is only in my dreams' consists of two elements: a used motorcycle helmet and a model of a house and a garden inserted into the helmet. The work borrows from surrealism, dada and conceptual art. However, it could be easily overlooked as mucking about and not art, just a useless lunacy. This seems to makes it contemporary and questioning the position of the artwork today as well as touching on philosophical and sociological issues.
